Is their no freedom of speech in Gresham Oregon when your on private property.

The freedom of speech isn't a right to everyone in the United States of America because in Gresham Oregon I was standing before the side walk in the apartment complex property not interfering and two Gresham Police Officers came into verbal contact with me, assaulted me, and violated my rights. I was filming and I was not interfering much further then 20 feet away. The Gresham Police Department wrongfully Arrested me.

I should not have to be afraid of the police they are supposed to make us feel safe not blow up our neighborhood and then arrest anyone who has the nerve to film it with their ipad. I was the one who was interfered with I was minding my own business at home when bombs went off and my entire apartment shook like an earthquake more then once. I felt like their was a public safety concern so i ran out to film what was happening and I was assaulted and my rights were violated. Gresham Police Wrongful Arrest is horrible nobody deserves to be slammed on the ground and zip tied up. Gresham Police Assaulted me. Gresham Police Abuse Fundraiser

on 9/2/14 I was at home laying down when I heard bombs blasts, glass breaking, and my apartment shook multiple times. I jumped up and ran outside fast with the ipad to film what is going on. (I had no clue what was causing the earth to shake) I got to the scene of the noise and disturbance and i started to film within 2 minutes I was assaulted, zip tied, my rights were violated, I was never given my rights, I was thrown into a cage.

Here is a picture of my face the day after and two days after. Two Gresham police officers assaulted me that is how this happened.

I wasn't interfering and I wasn't resisting.

I have attached a picture of the criminal ticket i was given after they let me out of the cage int he morning. I had no phone, they took all my money out of my wallet and let me with $3 not enough to get home I was told the rest of my money was taken out of my wallet and left in the Gresham Police Evidence Room. (SINCE WHEN IT MY CASH THAT WAS IN MY WALLET EVIDENCE). On the ticket i'm charged $5,000 for two crimes I didn't commit Resisting and Interfering. I was abused by the Gresham Police Department.

In this video taken 9/2/14 is a good example of Gresham Police Abuse a hard working Gresham Oregon Citizen was woken up by multiple bombs blasting and the loud noise of glass breaking across the street. The bombs shook his entire apartment and even knocked over a picture. This good citizen grabs his camera phone and runs outside to film whats going on and as he turns the camera on you see Gresham Police Office unmarked wearing Military Attire and Carrying Automatic Machine Guns barking at him. Did this good citizen deserve to be body slammed and left with cuts and bruises on his body? Did this good citizen deserve the Gresham Police Abuse he received just for filming from apartment complex property what was going on across the street? He was given $5000 ticket and two criminal charges that he must go to court for. 

How would you feel if you went outside to investigate suspicious sounds and you were zip tied and then given a 5000 ticket? It's almost like they are grabbing you by your ankle and holding you upside down so they can take all your money. This report of abuse by Gresham Police Department is so horrible and I know their are many other people who are in similar situations.
